This eyeliner will define and enhance your eyes by emphasising and framing them. Your Brown Velvet Lip/Eyeliner not only gives your eyes a “pop” of colour, but when used as a lipliner will give your lips a plumper appearance, increase the staying power of your lipstick and help to prevent feathering of colour.
DIRECTIONS: Take your eyeliner and line the upper lid first. Always start on the inside corner of your eye and make sure the line thickens as you go towards the outer corner. You can use your Sculpting Brush of the back of your eyeliner, to sculpt it into the perfect shape. Now line the bottom lid from the outer corner of your eye until the middle.
ROUTINE: Use as desired.

I do actually use the Brown Velvet Lip/Eyeliner as an eyeliner, and as a lip liner, and it works great for both! When I use it as a lip liner, I use it to give the ombre lip effect for a night out or special occasion. In addition, I also use it as an everyday eyeliner!
