All eyes on you! This luxurious, retractable deep sapphire Navy Velvet Eyeliner is ideal for an alluring contour. The velvety-soft texture provides a long-lasting and brilliantly vibrant colour that complements all skin tones.
DIRECTIONS: Take your eyeliner and line the upper lid first. Always start on the inside corner of your eye and make sure the line thickens as you go towards the outer corner. You can use your Sculpting Brush of the back of your eyeliner, to sculpt it into the perfect shape. Now line the bottom lid from the outer corner of your eye until the middle.
ROUTINE: Use as desired.
